  • Property Data (for Owners): PG/Hostel name, address, location coordinates (latitude/longitude), operational details, and property images.
  • Tenant Data: Payment history, rent details, admission dates, and proof of identity documents (if uploaded).
  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details for subscription services (processed securely by our third-party payment processors like Razorpay).

B. Information Automatically Collected

  • Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Service.
  • Location Data: We may collect geolocation data (latitude and longitude) to provide location-based services (e.g., finding nearby PGs) with your explicit consent.

  • To facilitate communication between PG Owners and Residents (e.g., notices, complaints, payment proofs).

  • With Other Users: Only as necessary for the Service (e.g., a PG Owner can see their Resident's profiles and payment history; a Resident can see their PG Owner's contact details).
  • With Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us (e.g., Supabase for database/auth, Razorpay for payments, Cloud services).
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

As a user (Data Principal), you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You can request a summary of your personal data being processed by us.
  • Right to Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data.
  • Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your personal data, subject to retention required for legal purposes. Account deletion features are available within the app.
