1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and My PG Ledger Plus ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the My PG Ledger Plus website and application (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

My PG Ledger Plus is a SaaS platform designed to assist PG (Paying Guest) owners in managing their properties, residents, payments, and notices. The Service also allows residents to view their ledger, submit payment proofs, and raise complaints.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential
• Maintain accurate and current account information

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Different roles (Owner and Resident) have different access levels and functionalities. Misuse of role privileges may result in account termination.

4. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (or have parental consent).
• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

5. Owner Responsibilities and Subscriptions

• Property Details: Property Owners are responsible for the accuracy of property details (address, amenities, etc.) listed on the Service.
• Subscription Fees: Owners may be required to purchase a subscription to access premium features (e.g., managing more than a certain number of PGs, advanced reports).
• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. You will be charged the subscription fee upon expiration of the free trial unless you cancel your subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

6. Resident Responsibilities

• Residents are responsible for submitting accurate payment proofs and maintaining their profile information.
• Residents agree not to misuse the complaint or notice board features for harassment or illegal activities.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Making any unauthorized use of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. My PG Ledger Plus and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
